Intensive Training for the Multistate Performance Test (MPT)
The 2-Day MPT Crash Course trains you for the part of the bar exam that counts for 20 per cent of the score on the Uniform Bar Exam. It is the two simulated law-office tasks called the Multistate Performance Test (MPT). Each task must be completed inside 90 minutes. Many candidates find it the most challenging part of the bar exam.
The Multistate Performance Test (MPT). The 2-Day MPT Crash Course teaches you how to organize your research and finish the MPT within the time allowed. MPT-Matrix(TM) Graphic System. You will learn Dr. Gallagher’s time-saving MPT-Matrix(TM) graphic system for seeing the big picture, noting your research easily on one sheet of paper, and organizing your work product for confident writing.
Timed exercises. You will practice writing briefs, letters, and memoranda of law. You will learn to complete MPT tasks inside the 90 minutes allowed.
